My idea to start this blog came with the extra free time I will soon be acquiring. See in a week and half my baby girl is going to pre-school. Pre-school! Gah, where did the time go? I remember her squishy little baby face, her first steps, and the first time she said Mama. I know this is the order of life, and its not like she's going to college, its just pre-school, but still it feels like a little piece of my heart doesn't need me anymore.

Another truth is I'm also turning 28 next week. No that's not old, but this is never where I thought my life would be at 28. If you would have asked me ten years ago where I thought I would be, THIS, this right here is not where.
So who am I? I'm 27 (ALMOST 28) year old mom of a very energetic and free spirited 3 year-old little girl and expecting my second at the beginning of February 2013. I stay home with my daughter part-time and help my husband out with his businesses the rest. My husband owns two restaurants in Washington, DC and I help with the private events, social media, and marketing/communications.
I'm creating this blog as a creative outlet for myself. I'm struggling with where I fit in and where I want my life to go. To show what I love, and in the process find my way in this crazy life.
I hope you enjoy my crazy stories, my struggles in life and simply to stay somewhat fashionable during pregnancy, and my road to finding myself and where I belong.
